HX30000 speciality cast film is the ultimate long life, highly conformable cast wrapping film for full and partial vehicle wraps. This multi-layered cast film has various different effects & surface finishes and contains premium grade pigments for a more durable life, long lasting, vibrant colour. The HEX’Press solvent acrylic adhesive technology enables the applicator to apply the film in a quick, efficient, bubble and crease free finish.

CARPRO300 stone chip protection is a transparent Polyurethane film suitable for the protection of vehicle bodies. With its excellent shock proofing properties it protects vehicles paint against chipping, scratching, car wash brushes and all types of contact.
This film has been successfully tested by SERCOVAM, an independent laboratory working for Renault standard specifications for “self adhesive vehicle protection films”. This test confirms that Hexis CARPRO300 is fully resistant to: car wash brushes, high pressure steam cleaners, frictions, exposure to sunlight (UV) and petrol spillage.

HOW DOES THE HYDRO DIPPING PROCESS WORK?
The hydro dipping process is very diverse and specialist equipment is required.
*please note that the below process is a simplified version of the hydro dipping application. Certain stages have not been included.
Repair and prime if applicable
Prepare your item for paint and apply base colour of your choice
Float a special film with your chosen design in a specialist hydro tank and carry out the dipping process
Once dry, apply your choice of lacquer (gloss, satin or matt)
